Hi! My name is Kimi McBurney and I am the owner of transaction contractor. This company has been dreamt up over the years to fill a very necessary and very specific industry need.

As a licensed GC, Home Inspector, and Realtor it is the perfect hybrid of all of my years of industry expertise. The real estate market is in desperate need of a contractor ally to assist in the closing process. I am here to help! From contract to closing, I will be your resource to price inspection reports, as well as perform repairs as needed.
