Pre-Listing / Pre-Offer - Site Visit Only - No Report/Quote/Verbal Findings Only (Site Visit will be scheduled within 5-7 business Days) - $150
Pre-Listing / Pre-Offer / Repair Estimate with Site Visit - Site Visit With Quote (Site Visit will be scheduled within 5-7 business Days, Quote will follow 2-3 Business Days after site visit) - $225
Post Inspection / Repair Estimates
Are you under contract and have your inspection but need an idea of what it will cost? If so, book your estimate with us. We offer basic, rush and urgent response times to fit your needs. All of these are done remotely based on your inspection report. If you would like someone to visit in person to review the repairs you can book the estimate with site visit options.
Basic Repair Estimate 3 Business Day Delivery - $99 (Remote Estimate Only, No Site Visit)
Rush Repair Estimate - 24 Business Hour Delivery - $199 (Remote Estimate Only, No Site Visit)
Urgent Repair Estimate - 8 Hour Delivery (Business Hours) - $499 (Remote Estimate Only, No Site Visit)
Commercial Construction - Site Visit Only - $175.00
Commerical Construction Estimate (Additional Fees May be Incurred for SF over 2,000) - $275
